The DHS Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading Edge Solutions --EAGLE II contract is a DHS exclusive contract available to all DHS components—CBP, ICE, USSS, CIO, USCG, FEMA, TSA, FLETC and USCIS. EAGLE II is mandatory for use with no contract usage fees. DHS retains control of its task orders from start to completion. DHS EAGLE II:  Managed by the Department of Homeland Security - Office of Procurement Operations
Scope:  Unrestricted Track Prime Functional Category 1 – Service Delivery, to provide a full range of systems and solutions in support of the development, implementation and maintenance of technology to support the DHS mission and business functions throughout the entire lifecycle of a program. This includes systems design, development, implementation and integration, software design and development, operations and maintenance, including help desk, collaboration services, network and security operations.
Period of Performance:  5/9/14 through 9/26/2018 with two 1-year options
Contract Types:  T & M, Labor Hour, Fixed Price, Cost Reimbursement
Contract Ceiling:  $22 billion
Labor Categories:  Seventy-two (72) with 3 skills levels from entry level to senior. (Based on Task Order needs, additional, unique Labor Categories may be proposed and negotiated.)
Security Requirements:  Established at the Task Order level up to TS/SCI
