Intelligence Community Engineering

The objective of this effort is to provide engineering and technical support to the Information Handling Branch (IFEB), Information and Intelligence Exploitation Division (IFE) of the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL), Information Directorate (IF) of Rome NY for accomplishing system and software engineering, systems analysis, and integration management for the Department of Defense Intelligence Information System (DODIIS) and the US Intelligence Community worldwide.

This is an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract offering responsive turnaround time. The contract vehicle can handle both O&M and R&D dollars.

This effort consists of system engineering and technical support for intelligence, functional, operational and process analysis and engineering. Areas include intelligence, architecture development and implementation, intelligence information and communications technology analysis, C4ISR for the war fighters, design, development, integration, integration management, system maintenance and training support. This work includes studies and analysis, systems support, analytical support, system design, engineering, engineering management, system tradeoff analysis, maintenance and data base support. This work includes software development, demonstrations, coding, specification development, user familiarization, and documentation, and evolve, update, develop and integrate hardware/software, system simulations, web design, network development for classified and unclassified systems located worldwide, with emphasis on United States Forces Korea (USFK).
