​Northrop Grumman, as a subcontractor to ASRC Federal Space and Defense (AS & D), provides electrical engineering support to the NASA Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC) through the Electrical Systems Engineering Services II (ESES II) contract. GSFC organizations served include: Code 560 Electrical Engineering Division (EED), Instrument Systems and Technology Division (ISTD), Information Systems Division (ISD), and Mission Engineering and Systems Analysis (MESA) Division.

Under the contract, Northrop Grumman provides electrical engineering services to study, design, fabricate, integrate, test, verify, and operate space flight, airborne, and ground system hardware for programs at GSFC. Northrop Grumman also offers GSFC in-house experience and expertise through its Manufacturing, Integration and Test Facility (MITF) located in Beltsville, MD, to design, build, and test flight qualified electrical harnesses and printed electronics boards to NASA space mission specifications and standards.
