  • Northrop Grumman is a leader in federal HCM; we support 10 of the 14 Cabinet-level agencies. We deployed the first Cabinet-level, enterprise-wide, modernized HCM solution in 1998 for the DOE
  • Department of Homeland Security (DHS). Northrop Grumman supports the DHS in one of the largest human capital transformation and optimization efforts ever attempted. For this multi-agency program within DHS, we are helping transition more than 100 component-level HR systems into a single, enterprise-wide HRMS. The program employs COTS technologies such as PeopleSoft Human Capital Management, Plateau Learning Management, Softscape Performance Management and Kronos Web Time & Attendance solutions. We also provide HR services that support policy planning and guidance, executive leadership planning, training, program liaison and federal HR transaction processing.
  • Department of Treasury – HR Connect. Designed, deployed and supported by Northrop Grumman, HR Connect is an comprehensive HCM solution based on PeopleSoft and other COTS applications. One of five OPM-approved HR lines of business, the system supports the entire HR life cycle and serves more than 150,000 employees in 14 agencies across four federal departments. Employees use HR Connect to view and update personal and employment information. For managers, HR Connect provides strategic insight into their organization and increases their efficiency by allowing them to initiate and approve personnel actions, realignments and awards. The system also includes reporting tools for analytical and statistical workforce tracking.
  • eOPF - Electronic Official Personnel Folder. Northrop Grumman developed eOPF, the authoritative personnel records solution for the federal civilian government Created for the Office of Program Management’s Enterprise Human Resources Integration initiative, eOPF will support 1.8 million federal personnel records – and is projected to save about $800 million over the next ten years in reduced mail and copying costs and increased efficiency.
