Northrop Grumman employees should use the Current Employee career site to apply to positions posted internally.  This career site includes internal openings for all sectors and all job types.  Current Northrop Grumman contractors should use the appropriate external career site.

Applying Internally or Submitting Employee Referrals:
For security reasons, how you access your profile will depend on if you are connected to the Northrop Grumman network. 

Employees who are on the Northrop Grumman network and have a Northrop Grumman issued email address will be automatically logged into their profiles.  All other employees will be prompted to enter a user name and password in order to login to search for jobs or submit referrals.  Additional help for internal employees is outlined below, including information on user name and password.

What is my Careers user name?
For Northrop Grumman employees who have an email account on file with Northrop Grumman (including employees with a .mil or .gov email account on record), a Careers user name has been created for you. To retrieve your Careers user name, click on "Forgot your user name?" on the Employee Careers login page.

If you are logging in from any other internet connection and have a Northrop Grumman email address, click here.  You will be required to enter your Careers user name and password.  If you are a first time user, there are 2 steps to complete.  You will need to click "Forgot your user name" and follow instructions to be granted your user name.  After you have received your user name, you will need to click "Forgot your password" to receive your password.

If you do not have an email address on file with Northrop Grumman, you need to create a new account on the Employee Careers site. Click here to access the Employee Careers login page and select "Create Profile" to create your Careers user name and password.

How do I create my Careers password?
Click on "Forgot your password?" to request a temporary password and set up a new one.

How can I tell if I am connected to the Northrop Grumman Network?
To verify if you are connected to the Northrop Grumman network click here. If you can see the Northrop Grumman intranet home page, you are connected to the Northrop Grumman network. If you receive an error indicating the page could not be displayed, then you are not connected to the Northrop Grumman network. Follow the appropriate instructions for your situation based on the results of this test.

How do I update my employee profile to apply to internal jobs?
When logging in via the Northrop Grumman network, you will land on the job search page.  Scroll down below the job search criteria fields and look for "Candidate Profile" in the right side margin of the page.  Click on "View/Update my Profile" where you will be presented with your profile sections.  Select "Edit" for the section you wish to update and enter your changes. You may also choose to enter or update your profile as part of submitting your application.  The data you enter with each application is retained in your personal profile. If you are viewing your submissions the "Access my profile" link on the right side margin will present your profile sections for update.  Select "Edit" for the section you wish to update and enter your changes.

What if I still can't log in?
