Our cooperative education opportunity, or co-op, combines academic and practical work experience. You’ll alternate between the classroom and Northrop Grumman in a structured learning system, receiving both college credit (as defined in the co-op agreement between the student and university) and job experience. Co-ops are a great way to jump-start your professional career while finishing up your academic one.
