Along with the learning and development available to the talented employees throughout Northrop Grumman, we also offer several development programs specifically tailored to new graduates.

Professional Development Program (PDP)
The PDP is a rotational assignment program for recent college graduates interested in engineering and manufacturing, business management, and supply chain management. It's a highly competitive program in which high academics, prior internship/co-op experiences, and a well-rounded education are keys to success. The program will give you the chance to experience several different assignments in a variety of departments.

Future Technical Leaders Program (FTLP)
The FTLP is an invitation-only opportunity for graduate-level students aimed at identifying and investing in our next generation of visionary technologists. In this forward-thinking program, selected individuals will spend three years working on a variety of projects. From the technically innovative to the socially significant, candidates experience an intriguing scope of projects. These on-the-job assignments are supported through specialized training, networking opportunities, access to senior management and mentoring by experts in the field.

Within our aerospace line of business, the Global Engineer Rotation program gives engineers a 24 month opportunity to bring us together globally, culturally, and technologically by living overseas.
