Functional Talent Development
The Systems Engineering Associates Program is a selective two-year developmental rotation program for high-potential people interested in systems engineering. The Future Technical Leaders Program is an invitation-only, three-year recruiting and professional development opportunity for new graduates. The program includes on-the-job training, networking, and mentoring by experts in the field. The Professional Development Program is open to recent college graduates focusing on engineering and manufacturing, business management, and supply chain management. Rotating assignments offer the chance to explore a variety of fields.
Perform1NG, our performance management process, creates a performance culture by focusing on employee development. Managers and employees discuss development frequently to support improvement in current assignments and future job opportunities.
Center for Leadership
