Community and Education Outreach
Our outreach programs are dedicated to human services, education, the environment, and care for military personnel and veterans. We also support employee volunteers who dedicate their personal time to community service organizations.

Disabilities Resources
We connect employees to disability-related information and resources, including assistive technology information, special needs parenting contacts, and educational resources for parents of special needs children.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Professional counselors help with issues like work/life balance, eldercare and parenting concerns, chemical dependence, and work conflicts. EAP services are free, confidential, and available 24/7.

Employee Discounts
Our employee discount program provides discounts at restaurants, resorts and fitness centers, clothing stores, sporting events, movie theaters, and more.

Financial and Retirement Support
We have a number of programs to help you meet your financial goals: the Northrop Grumman Federal Credit Union’s banking, financing, insurance and Homeowner Discount programs; our Savings Plan; our Legal Services Plan; and our Retiree Medical Plan.

Flexible Work Arrangements
We help you integrate work, family, and community by offering flexible schedules and flexible office procedures at a number of our locations.

Health and Wellness
Our wellness program includes health screenings, personal wellness assessments and coaching, educational seminars, motivational programs, and more. Many facilities have on-site fitness centers, and most employees have access to fitness center discounts.

Social and Professional Networking
We support our network of Employee Resource Groups, which help employees build relationships, grow their skills, share knowledge, and give back to the community. We have ERGs for African Americans, Asian-Pacific Islanders, Hispanics, women, people with disabilities, veterans, LGBT, and many others. We’re also proud of Connect1NG, a program that welcomes and acclimates new employees onto our team.
