Northrop Grumman Technology Services is seeking a Principal Program Cost Schedule Control Analyst (PCA) to assist with all Business activities associated with the F-35 Modifications, Repair, Operations and Upgrades Program. This position will be located in Fort Worth, TX.

This position reports to the HPSI F-35 Business Manager and partners with the Program Management team to establish strategy; prioritize requirements and achieve financial goals while ensuring the integrity of business processes.

In this position, your duties may include:

  • Set up cost control system, monitors and controls costs and schedules on contracts requiring validated cost schedule control system.
  • Perform analyses and prepares reports in order to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters and government cost control guidelines.
  • Prepare budgets and schedules for contract work and performs and/or assists in financial analyses such as funding profiles, sales outlook, and variance analysis.
  • Prepare program plans to ensure program requirements and statement of work are captured and scheduled.
  • Perform schedule risk assessments to identify and mitigate program cost and scheduling risks.
  • Ensure adequate funding availability by maintaining accurate records of expenditures, directing preparation of expenditure projections, and submitting timely requests for additional funding to the government. Incorporates contractual changes into control systems by staying aware of outstanding work against each contract in order to maintain realistic contract cost and schedule baselines.
  • Serves as customer interface to Lockheed Martin prime contractor.





Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field required and minimum of 6 years of relevant experience or Master's degree and a minimum of 4 years experience. May consider an additional 4 years' of relevant experience in lieu of a degree. 
  • Strong PC skills with high-level Excel skills, specifically the ability to insert pivot tables, Vlook up, and conditional formatting.
  • Experience with Earned Value Management and/or EVMS reporting.
  • US Citizenship required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Defense Industry experience. 
  • Experience with SAP, MPM, Cobra, Winsight
