Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems sector is seeking an Industrial Security Analyst 3 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in San Diego, CA. The successful candidate will join our Security team and will be the focal point for SCI programs and provide day-to-day security oversight of program activities.

Duties include, but not limited to:

      Submitting individuals for SCI access, billet management, security briefings, refreshers, debriefings, and SCIF construction

      Must be familiar with the NISPOM, ICDs, and JPAS 

      Candidate must have strong interpersonal skills with an ability to connect to the larger mission and strategy, while integrating into an inclusive work environment characterized by mutual respect, valuing differences and working in a culture of caring, accountability and innovation with a team of employees motivated to perform to the highest levels

      Must be able to adapt in a highly charged and challenging work environment 

      Candidate will be expected to perform additional duties and responsibilities as directed by management


Basic Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED 

Minimum of 6 years of experience with NISPOM, JAFAN, and SAP Volumes 1-4

Preferred Qualifications: 

Bachelor Degree
