Northrop Grumman Technology Services Sector is seeking a Sourcer who will responsible for using their professional experience and network to source candidates for requisitions and pipeline. This individual will work closely with client-facing recruiters and hiring managers to understand the hiring need and build a targeted sourcing plan. Partner with client-facing recruiters and hiring managers to understand the hiring need, build targeted sourcing plans and work with the hiring managers expectations along the way.
Cultivate relationships with key candidates and specific talent pools, defined according to long-term initiatives and direction of the organization-turn applicants from non-active to active by developing strong executive candidate relationships.
Research market conditions and industry trends as it relates to our competitors to assist in decision-making and marketing position.
Use professional network to source candidates for active requisitions
Source candidates from a variety of sources, with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn, Clearancejobs.com, Monsterboard.com, Careerbuilder.com, social media, and search engines: Google Chrome, Google X-ray, advanced Boolean searching strings and niche job boards
Use social networking mediums (i.e., LinkedIn groups and other online forums) to promote employment brand messaging that drives traffic to open roles by establishing and promoting positive relationships
Possess a hunter mentality related to cold calling and passive candidate identification
Track day-to-day sourcing activity in applicant tracking and candidate relationship management systems.
The ability to attract cleared talent to the company and have a knowledge base of security clearances.
