Aaron L. Martin, Ph.D.

Aaron Martin is a Strategic Planner in Northrop Grumman’s Analysis Center where he conducts research and analysis focusing on military, political, and economic policy issues. His primary work within the Analysis Center focuses on assessing trends in federal and defense budgeting.

Dr. Martin holds a B.S. from the United States Military Academy and a Ph.D. in Policy Analysis from the Pardee RAND Graduate School. Dr. Martin contributed to multiple studies at the RAND Corporation that focused on Army force development and modernization and manpower issues. Prior to that, he served as an Armor officer in the U.S. Army where he completed a combat deployment to Iraq.
