Don Lisenbee is the Northrop Grumman Corporate Lead Executive (CLE) for U.S. Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC), headquartered at Fort Monroe, VA.

As a CLE, Mr. Lisenbee is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key customers in TRADOC. He promotes and coordinates activities across all Northrop Grumman sectors supporting TRADOC business and community interests. TRADOC, which operates 33 schools and centers at 16 Army installations, serves to recruit and train soldiers, develop leaders, and support unit training. It also develops doctrine and establishes standards to help build the future Army.

Prior to joining Northrop Grumman, Mr. Lisenbee completed a distinguished 26-year career in the U.S. Army. Most recently, he was Chief of the Joint and Army Concepts Division at the Army Capabilities Integration Center, Fort Monroe. He possesses substantial experience in working with high level service and joint staffs, combatant commands and government agencies. In his Army career Lisenbee has held multiple leadership and operational positions including combat and non-combat deployments worldwide.

Mr. Lisenbee earned a bachelor’s degree from Wake Forest University, Winston-Salem, N.C., and a master’s degree in management from the University of Saint Mary, Leavenworth, KS. He is a graduate of the Command and General Staff Course and the Advanced Operational Art and Studies Fellowship, School of Military Studies (SAMS).
