Employees Charity Organization of Northrop Grumman (ECHO) Program
The Employees Charity Organization of Northrop Grumman is a non-profit agency that was established in 1956 to meet the needs of our employees by allowing them to contribute to charitable and non-profit organizations through workplace giving made simple by payroll deductions. ECHO also has its own General Fund which employees can contribute to as one of their choices. The General Fund supports community-level grant making that provides resources to a variety of organizations across the country and is managed by employee volunteers.
Contributors can donate to an unlimited number of organizations and all non-profits will be verified to see if they meet ECHO’s funding criteria*. Employees may select an organization by searching our online database, or you may add a new IRS-approve charity upon request. The organizations that employees may contribute to include, but are not limited to, schools, religious organizations, services for the elderly, youth groups, arts & cultural, environmental groups and health related organizations. Your choices are unlimited. Northrop Grumman pays all ECHO’s administrative costs, therefore 100% of your tax-deductible donation goes directly to the non-profit.
