The Foundation supports diverse and sustainable national-level programs that enhance the education experience for students and provide teachers with the training and tools they need to be successful in the classroom.
There are two primary methods of giving:

The Northrop Grumman Foundation Matching Gifts For Education program is an avenue that allows employees to double their contributions to qualified educational institutions.

Through grants, the Foundation provides funding to national-level STEM programming.
