CyberPatriot – The Northrop Grumman Foundation is the presenting sponsor of the Air Force Association’s (AFA) CyberPatriot, the national high school cyber defense competition designed to excite, educate, and motivate the next generation of cyber defenders.
Cybersecurity Research Consortium – formed to help address the cybersecurity challenges of the future.
Collegiate Cyber Defense Competition – Northrop Grumman was this year’s platinum sponsor at the Annual Mid-Atlantic Collegiate Cyber Defense (CCDC) competition. Winners from this competition go to the national competition in San Antonio, Texas.
Cyber Academy is designed to further develop the company’s cyber talent-base to meet the growing demand for experts in this field.

Approximately 200 area high school students attended the Northrop Grumman Cybersecurity Education Workshop, held to stimulate interest in cybersecurity careers among high school students. Students participated in break-out sessions tailored to their career and education interests, heard from experts in the field, and were able to try their hand at a cyber defense game.
