About the Program
Operation IMPACT (Injured Military Pursuing Assisted Career Transition) is a Northrop Grumman initiative designed to provide career transition support to military service members and their families who have been severely injured in the global war on terror.
This award-winning grassroots program is run independent from the company’s standard recruitment process. In addition to providing support to the injured service member, the program offers career support to a member of the individual’s immediate family who will act as the primary wage earner. In addition to the many career opportunities offered at Northrop Grumman, we have built a Network of Champions of over 60 other companies who are also committed to assisting severely wounded service members and their families find career opportunities.
