Mark Caylor is corporate vice president and president of Northrop Grumman’s Mission Systems sector, a leading global provider of advanced solutions for defense and intelligence customers.

Caylor oversees the development and production of large-scale, mission-critical systems and complex hardware and software products. The sector’s core capabilities in sensors, electronic warfare, survivability, and secure networking & processing solutions unlock the potential of platforms and systems to shape and execute missions across all domains.

Caylor joined Northrop Grumman in 2002 and most recently served as corporate vice president and president, Enterprise Services, and chief strategy officer where he led the company’s Enterprise Shared Services organization, the corporate strategy, and mergers and acquisitions.  He has also served as corporate vice president and treasurer, responsible for ensuring the company’s liquidity and capital structure management.

After earning a bachelor’s degree in aeronautical and astronautical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Caylor went on to obtain a master’s degree in aeronautics and astronautics from the California Institute of Technology and a master’s degree in business administration from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management.
