Organization

The Northrop Grumman R2-3G Program Management Office (PMO) organization takes advantage of the experience and best practices gained from over thirty years of successful performance on large IDIQ contracts. Based on our experience as a prior CR2 provider and our understanding of the expected CECOM R2-3G Project Office organization, we have built a Northrop Grumman R2-3G program office that is responsive in meeting the Government's need for rapid access to competent competitively priced industry resources.

Northrop Grumman employs a highly successful set of documented program controls, tools, techniques, and procedures, to include risk management, quality assurance, work breakdown structuring, human engineering, and security management on every contract. These proven, repeatable processes are defined in our R2-3G Handbook, and provide a "toolbox" of internal procedures, responsibilities, document preparation tools, job aids, scripts, and templates designed to support our contract and Task Order management team. They are reviewed and if necessary revised semiannually to incorporate "best-of-breed" management processes. Access to these documents is via a protected Web site that requires a user account. Access is restricted to the Northrop Grumman Team including our teammates and selected Government personnel.
