High School diploma or equivalent and 4 years of relevant work experience.
Ability to operate electronic equipment (signal generators, amplifiers, power meters, spectrum analyzers, etc.), in order provide basic troubleshooting of the equipment.
Understanding of communications equipment (VHF radios, etc.), in order to coordinate and communicate with the assets that are testing against the Site.
Working knowledge of computers, including Microsoft Office products.
