Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is seeking a Configuration Analyst/Project Coordinator to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals located at Annapolis Junction, MD.

Job Responsibilities:
The Mission Systems (MS) division in Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is seeking an individual located in Annapolis Junction, MD to provide Project Coordinator support to the functional Staffing team. The selected candidate will be responsible for performing complex administrative duties, data generation and analysis, and project assistance in support of T11 team.

Assists in planning, organizing, and coordination of personnel.
Assists in developing and preparing cost performance reports.
Provides technical expertise to coordinate project activities such as work package drafting and coordination, work breakdown structure management.
Coordinates meetings, briefings, interviews and other activities necessary for the effective execution of program tasks.
Create documentation templates, format content, and present information in a concise, understandable format.
Assist with status reporting and development of quad charts for management.
Assist in the review and tracking of technical resumes.
Incorporate review comments and corrections into existing documentation.
Perform detailed editing of deliverables.
Monitor quality and ensure adherence to established standards.
Collaboration with project personnel, subcontractor teammates, and customers.



Basic Qualifications:
Minimum three years experience working on Government programs coordinating program related activities including requirements, resources, personnel, funding, scheduling activities, and researching program issues.
Expertise with Microsoft Suite of products to include Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with advanced Excel skills, including ability to perform various functions such as V-Lookup, pivot tables and formulas.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Candidate must be highly organized, detail-oriented, thorough, self-motivated, proactive and outgoing.
Outstanding interpersonal skills with ability to build strong working relationships with a diverse workforce and excellent organizational and customer service skills.
Ability to regularly handle confidential documents and situations and strong business acumen and analytical skills.
Minimum knowledge, skills, abilities needed.
Expertise in Java and scripting languages such as Ruby
Experience working in a team software development environment
Understanding of schemas (XML, XSD)
Knowledge of mission systems
Proficiency in Linux (demonstrated in work experience)
Knowledge of software design patterns, algorithms, and commonly recognized good coding practices
Familiarity with code development, test and configuration management tools such as JIRA, Hudson/Jenkins, Git or SVN
Experience writing and updating software development-related documentation in accordance with approved quality standards

Education Requirement:
Associate's Degree in any technical or business field or equivalent documented combination of training and experience.

Security Clearance: Must have active TS/SCI with Polygraph
