Description of Work:

Analyze and research a clients learning situation, expectations, resources, learning needs, learning gaps, and tasks as well as the available software, technology, and infrastructure available to meet client needs.   Design and write curricula according to instructional principles, client-objective, and problem objectives.  Develop and write practices for instructor-led training, Web-based training, virtual classroom, job aids, quick reference materials, and exercise.  Create and write practices surrounding the production of educational materials, the structuring of content rollout to facilitators and students, and general project management criteria associated with a training program.  Evaluate techniques applicable to the client requirements.  Work with the Operations helpdesk resolving to support end-users


Basic Qualifications:

Minimum knowledge, skills, abilities needed.

                    Five years of experience in a professional setting.

                    Experience with an intelligence agency or SIGINT related experience

                    Experience in planning, writing and managing training development for large programs

                    Experience supporting complex operational software system including trouble shooting and problems solving

                    Ability to work in high pressure, highly flexible environment against both short and long term requirements

                    Ability to develop and write online web-based training, distance learning presentations, training plans, courses, and/or materials of a technical nature

                    Candidate must be highly organized, thorough, self-motivated, proactive and outgoing.  Extensive collaboration with project personnel and partner/customer groups is required Strong communications skills is a must.

  •         Candidate must have proficient writing skills

Preferred Qualifications:
Candidates with these skills will be given preferential consideration.

                    Extensive experience in Instructional Design

                    Experience writing formal classroom courses, workshops, seminars, and materials of a technical nature

                    Experience with developing, implementing, or training on diversity

                    Experience working with Windows and Unix environment

                    Monitor resolved helpdesk  tickets and call-in records to ensure all pertinent information is provided

                    Working assignment off helpdesk JIRA ticketing system

                    Assist in gathering other statistics and writing reports as needed/requested

                    Add frequently asked questions to the current lists for end users

                    Work with customer support engineers to design and write utilities to assist and improve the support process

                    Resolve troubleshooting issues presented by end users/analysts

                    Familiar with 508 Compliance
