We are seeking an experienced
systems administrator who is familiar with configuration, administration, and
O&M on Amazon Web Services (AWS), C2S, or similar environments who has an
active TS/SCI clearance to support our Aurora, CO location.
Our team works on unique
operationally deployed systems to both develop new capabilities and maintain
operational systems. We are seeking a system administrator who wants to work on
a small team in a tailored agile environment to design, develop, document,
test, administer, manage, upgrade, monitor, debug, and operationally support
systems that provide national security related mission value. Because
communication is so important for team success, candidates must have strong
written and verbal communication skills. Of the 15 to 20 people (including
software developers, systems engineers, project mgmt., and test) on this team,
two staff are system administrators. We are seeking a mid-level experienced
systems administrator to join an existing senior-level experienced systems
administrator who will provide on-the-job training and mentoring to integrate
the new administrator.
team supports three operational systems and our software is currently written
in a myriad of languages (including C, C++, Java, and Python) running in Linux
based virtualized and cloud environments. We want to add a system administrator
to the team who can help with our on-going migration to AWS while improving our
application performance, user friendliness, and maintainability.
