Northrop Grumman Mission Systems sector is seeking a Security Coordinator to join our team. This position will be located in Aurora, CO.   The individual will work in a fast-paced environment with high expectations, significantly diverse assignments, and a collaborative team setting.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing the day to day security administrative needs for the Aurora, Co campus. 
  • Inputting data into security database to update and maintain records for incoming and outgoing classified visits.  
  • Completing daily logs and monthly metric reports pertinent to Badging and Visitor Control.  
  • Supporting security staff continuous efforts to ensure compliance with established company, government, customer regulations and policies and procedures.  
  • Supporting other security process when necessary.
  • Extensive interaction with employees, visitors, contractors and all levels of management. This is a heavy customer service position that will require daily contact and support.



Basic Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent and 4 years additional education and/or security related experience.

  • Current TS/SCI clearance.

  • Good oral and written communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with program management, government and security team members.

  • Good customer service skills.
  • Ability to support numerous activities simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in designing and conducting security education and training programs.
  • Strong working knowledge of basic office automation tool suites such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
