Northrop Grumman Innovation Systems designs, builds and delivers space, defense and aviation-related systems to customers around the world. Our main products include launch vehicles and related propulsion systems; missile products, subsystems and defense electronics; precision weapons, armament systems and ammunition; satellites and associated space components and services; and advanced aerospace structures.

Northrop Grumman Innovation Systems is currently seeking an experienced Associate Enterprise Apps Analyst to join our team in Chandler, AZ office.

Job Summary:
The candidates primary responsibilities include: technical design and development, product development and analysis activities in support of application enhancements and defects (e.g. writing People Code, building or altering PeopleSoft objects, creating/modifying component interfaces, modification of application engines, writing DMS and/or SQL statements, creating SQRs etc.), unit testing, preparing detailed technical design documentation, conducting technical design walkthroughs, conducting peer reviews, and complying with configuration management practices and established development standards. Candidates will be working closely with Functional Analysts, other PS Developers, Testers, and Administrators in an agile framework.
The candidate must have strong organization and excellent communication (written and oral) skills and must be capable of independently managing time and multiple tasks with minimal guidance from senior staff.

Other duties:
Analyzes, evaluates, modifies, configures, tests and implements enterprise wide purchased systems (e.g. SAP, PeopleSoft, etc.) Prepares application system specifications. Plans, implements and coordinates system upgrades, enhancements or maintenance.
