In this role, the selected candidate will perform the following:
-Understanding and experience in specifying, collecting, processing and presenting information from potentially several disparate data sets.
-Generates actionable knowledge from data.
-Possesses analytical and problem solving skills necessary for quickly developing recommendations based on quantitative and qualitative data from many different types of sources.

-Ability to identify patterns and higher level information from all the data sources through use of tools and application programming.
-Understands the general problem space and is confident in explaining the different insights generated from the data.
-Provide high-level architectural guidance and make recommendations on industry best practices used in database and collaboration tools and reuse of major architectural components.
-Work closely with Government technical staff and independently lead the identification and resolution of issues within the technical infrastructure.
-Advise executive leadership on critical aspects of the programs architecture, standards, and IT policies.
-Provide strategic direction and technical oversight pertaining to the implementation of new tools, technologies, solutions, and methodologies.
-Manage, engage and influence key stakeholders to support the programs key objectives.
-Provide a depth and breadth of expertise in information and data architecture, management, governance, and best practices including the ability for the Contractor to reach back into their organization for specialized expertise to meet client evolving
-Provide a technical leadership role for the work group through knowledge in the area of specialization
-Interact directly with non-technical client stakeholders and act in a business-to-technical translation role
-Lead a team of Data Insight Analysts in the design and delivery of cloud-based continuously deployed client solutions

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications: 

 
  • 15+ Years with Bachelors; 13+ Years with Masters
  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph Clearance.
  • Working knowledge of both Windows and Microsoft Office tools. 
  • Cable writing experience is required.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate with mission partners.

  • Demonstrated ability to work in teams with a collaborative interpersonal style
  • Ability to interact with various stakeholders to include senior management and customers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experience in the Intelligence Community
  • Experience working in a Customer Facility
