Innovation Systems Group in Clearfield, Utah is seeking an experienced MRB
Engineering Manager I (Must have current and active secret clearance to be
a team providing liaison engineering support for Advanced Composite Structures.
will be working with composite structures, aluminum and titanium components, and
will be performing timely dispositions for nonconforming parts, assemblies, and
will be working as part of a Material Review Board (MRB)
will be working with a team of engineers coordinating with multiple disciplines
to determine solutions to problems quickly and efficiently.

definition in a Teamcenter based PLM system.
position may be required for periodic nights and/or weekend shifts
Bachelors Degree or Masters
Degree in ME, AE or Civil Eng from accredited institution along with 8+ years
of engineering experience
Experience with CATIA V5 or
Current Active In-Scope DOD
Ability to obtain SSBI, Special
Program Access (PAR)
Masters Degree in ME, AE or
2 or more years experience in a
lead or management position
In-depth knowledge of Geometric
Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
In-depth experience with design
and/or analysis of composite and metallic aerospace structures
Experience with manufacturing
processes for composite structures and metallic components
Full life cycle of an air/space
vehicle design support process.
Familiar with M&P testing
and analysis of composite structure.
Team player and demonstrated
Active MRB authority.
