The JTAGS team at Northrop Grumman Mission Systems (NGMS) is looking for you to join
our team as a Systems Administrator or Principal Systems Administrator based out of Colorado Springs, CO.
What Youll get to Do:
is a system developed to meet theater Tactical Ballistic Missile (TBM) warning
requirements. The contract executes
multiple phase of the engineering lifecycle including development, production,
and sustainment. This System Administrator will join the engineering team in supporting
new designs for upgrades, integration, troubleshooting, testing, exercises, training,
patching, documentation, deployments, and forward deployed site support. Maintains
and installs hardware/software for ground processing systems with network and system
administration skills. Apply advanced
technical knowledge to solve unusually complex problems that typically cannot
be solved by referencing manufacturers manuals or similar documents.
smooth operation of multi-user computer systems with a focus on network
administration. Interacts with users and evaluates vendor products. Makes
recommendations to purchase hardware and software, coordinates installation and
provides backup recovery. Develops and monitors policies and standards for
allocation related to the use of computing resources. Ancillary duties may
include setting up administrator and service accounts, maintaining system documentation,
tuning system performance, installing system wide software and allocating mass
storage space, and applying and analyzing the up-to-date security posture.
