Northrop Grumman Innovation Systems Sector Business Development seeks an innovative, high-energy candidate to join the team as the International Partners & Compliance Manager at our Dulles, VA offices. This individual will be responsible for furthering Northrop Grumman Innovation Systems international business efforts by managing the International Consultant / Commissioned Sales Representatives (IC/CSRs) and the Country of Concern compliance process.


International Consultant / Commissioned Sales Representatives (IC/CSR) Responsibilities:


  • Manage NGISs International Consultant / Commissioned Sales Representatives (IC/CSRs) compliance function in support of the international expansion strategy and program capture efforts

  • Collaborate with Sector and Corporate Legal Department to ensure all IC/CSRs comply with U.S. laws and regulations, such as the Foreign Corrupt Practices ACT (FCPA)

  • Coordinate with appropriate Division, Sector, and Corporate stakeholders to resolve IC/CSR disputes, issues, and red flags

  • Execute minor and major amendments to IC/CSR agreements as required by the business

  • Support NGIS business development and program capture efforts by managing IC/CSR quarterly reports and representative assessments

  • Plan and Host Annual IC/CSR International Conferences in Asia, Europe, and Middle East


Country of Concern (CoC) Responsibilities:

  • Identify Country of Concern Cases and work with business unit to develop business case

  • Work with NGIS and NGC Stakeholders to answer follow-up questions on business case

  • Train sector business development on Country of Concern Process



Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree with 6 years experience in business development, marketing, market research and analysis or related skills

  • Attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities

  • Ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization

  • Dynamic public speaker who is comfortable leading training and presentations

  • Availability for domestic and international travel

  • Possess highest level of integrity and be able to maintain confidences with utmost discretion


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledgeable of the rules and regulations associated with FCPA and the legal responsibilities in managing international consultants and commissioned sales representatives
