Northrop Grumman Mission Systems (NGMS) is looking for you to join our team as a Cyber Requirements Systems Engineer based out of El Segundo, CA.
What Youll get to Do:
Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is seeking a Cyber Requirements Systems Engineer with an operational cyber processing background. The ideal candidate will be an individual who has knowledge and experience in Cyber Processing and designing in Cyber solutions into complex systems and software. The successful candidate will need to have demonstrated experience using agile processes and methodologies. The ideal candidate with also have demonstrated experience with design and operational maintenance of Weapon Systems Command and Control systems. In addition, this role will have responsibility for the development, design, implementation, and product support of state-of-the-art Cyber solutions in support of NGMS captures, programs, research and development. Responsibilities include; managing activities required for the Cyber discipline to perform their statements of work; provide technical oversight including bid and proposal inputs for future work, independent technical reviews of major programs and R&D projects as well as interfacing with senior management and customers; establish and maintain the Cyber specific discipline processes and tools for NGMS programs; facilitate and promote Affordability, Knowledge Management, Engineering Utilization, and other process improvement initiatives including the implementation and monitoring of metrics covering engineering efficiency and quality, as well as sharing of lessons learned and best practices throughout the organization.
