Northrop Grumman is in need of experienced military professionals interested in a challenging work environment supporting the US Army Mission.
The Program Manager (PM) is responsible for all elements of the Army Multi-Doman Targeting Center located at Fort Sill, OK. Supervises resource allocation, to include staffing and funding, to ensure the team is postured to meet all support requirements. The Program Manager is the principal point of contact with all stakeholders and supervise all contractor employees assigned to this task order. The Program Manager is responsible to complete all actions to ensure the completion of assigned tasks, including the recruiting and on-boarding of contract staff. The PL will be available within 45 minutes of notification to meet in person, or by phone, with the COR. Primary place of duty is Fort Sill, OK with routine travel requirements to CONUS and OCONUS locations as needed.
Program Manager for the Army Multi-Domain Targeting Center Bachelors Degree in Business Management and a Masters Degree in any field/discipline; 15 years of management experience; graduate of CGSC or service equivalent and familiarity with Targeting and Joint Integration.



Basic Qualifications:

Knowledge of Army and Joint doctrine and concepts.
15 or more years in Army, Air Force or Joint assignments, of which at least 5 years have been in an Army headquarters at or above Division level or other service equivalent. CGSC graduate or service equivalent. 
Proficient in the Army Military Decision Making Process (MDMP), Joint Targeting Cycle, training and doctrine, joint planning and operations at echelons above Division.
Experience in program management leading teams of Contractors.
Strong writing and analytical skills.
Ability to communicate and interact with senior military officers and civilians (GO/SES level).
Writing skills and experience articulating complex issues and topics in writing.
Ability to gain a Top Secret security clearance

Preferred Qualifications:
PMP Certification
Currently held Top Secret Security Clearance
