Northrop Grumman Technology Services in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Principal F-35 Contractor Field Team Planner to join our team.


Essential Functions:

  • Responsible for development of contractor field team schedules and work packages in support of F-35 depot flow plan requirements.
  • Develop scheduled work packages (SWP) that include engineering change proposals, delivery orders, concurrency modifications, change requests and software updates
  • Integrate over and above activities such as unscheduled maintenance, time changes, forced retrofits and inspection requirements for depot and operational sites
  • Coordination with kit management, program management, supply, engineering, contractor support on site as well as government personnel as required
  • Develop and assist in managing detailed project plans and timelines
  • Monitor and evaluate project progress and assist in problem solving with project managers and leadership


Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree with a minimum of 6 years of experience.  May consider an additional 4 years of work experience in a complex planning and scheduling role in lieu of degree 

Planning and Scheduling Experience
Project Management Experience
Proficient in MS-Project and the MS-Office suite of applications
Self-Starter with demonstrated experience working independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications:
F-35 program experience
Military experience in aviation plans, scheduling and documentation
Aircraft maintenance and/or modification planning experience
Experience managing complex activities and projects
