Northrop Grumman is looking for a highly motivated individual to serves in an administrative support at Herndon, Virginia as part of a team supporting a dynamic and challenging mission. Individual would be responsible for providing administrative, advisement, and logistics support to all Ministry of the Saudi Arabian National Guard (MNG) International Military Students (IMS) and authorized dependents training at U.S. military training centers and schools.  This position performs a variety of supervised activities in support of areas such finance, logistics, personnel actions, and information management. Task include but are not limited to managing medical and dental claims, processing payments, answers queries from IMS/medical/dental providers, provide tracking and status as directed. This position is the primary representative for providing transition support to students and their dependents at Dulles International Airport (IAD) (pickup and drop off). This individual will maintain and provide upkeep for filing data in student folders, update rosters, perform the duties of the CLO Office Manager during her absence (Airline Ticket C-591s, ADRs. etc.), manage the mail courier service, order office supplies, manage inventory of stocks, process Automated Disbursement Requests (ADR), and processing Purchase Requests. Gathers, collects, records, tracks and verifies data and information from multiple sources. Compiles, reviews, and analyzes data. Uses software for functional area, to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations. As directed individual would provide assistance to Office Manager in reconciling all JPMorgan Chase credit card charges. Additionally the position will provide input to the CLO Weekly/ Monthly reports. Perform other administrative tasks as directed by CST Chief.



Basic Qualifications:


1. High School diploma or equivalent.
2. A minimum of six years of related work experience with tracking and managing administrative functions.

3. A minimum of six years customer service experience.

4. Ability to travel on short notice and spend frequent, and/or extended periods of time away from worksite.
5. Computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Professional suite/software to compile and generate reports, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations.
6. A valid drivers license in the state where employed.
7. Available to work after duty hours, weekends, and holidays or as mission dictates.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Associate's degree or equivalent certification.
2. Knowledge of the Ministry of the Saudi Arabian National Guard (MNG) Modernization Program.
3. Basic knowledge and familiarity of U.S. Military and rank structure.
4. Experience working with Foreign National families and dependents.
5. Experience working in and around the military schools system.

6. Basic knowledge of Middle Eastern customs & courtesies or experience working with military Foreign Nationals.
7. Fluency in the Arabic language.

8. Practical work experience and/or knowledge of Saudi Arabia.
