The Poland WISLA IBCS Program is seeking a Process Improvement Analyst. This position is responsible for defining, designing and implementing the process effectiveness program for the Poland WISLA IBCS program.  The mission assurance planning and protocol includes the analysis of risk mitigation, leading for continuous improvement, and design, and analysis of process effectiveness.  This position will be located in Huntsville, Alabama. 
Program Roles and Responsibilities: 
- Creation of program processes and procedures to ensure consistent, quality products are delivered to internal and external customers
- Initiating and Supporting Continuous Improvement activities including basic process improvements and Six Sigma projects, where appropriate
- Support engineering Process activities to maintain CMMI standards and AS9100 registration
- Prepare for and support internal and external appraisals and reviews
- Review and support the development and training of program procedures for compliance with NG policies and procedures
- Support and coordinate program boards
- Support program improvement initiatives
- Support the Process Effectiveness Manager as needed
- Candidate should must be a self- starter, detail oriented, organized and adaptable to changing requirements; must be able to work with minimum supervision. The Candidate must possess strong oral and written communication skills, work well in a Team environment as member and/or leader


Basic Qualifications:

  • BS degree in Engineering, Business or Information Technology (or related field) with a minimum of 3 years of related experience.   7 years of process-related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Candidate must be able to obtain a Department of Defense Secret clearance

Preferred Qualifications:
  •  Familiarity with the Northrop Grumman command media approach to implementation of quality management systems 
  • Knowledge of quality management systems, quality engineering techniques, and Mission Assurance planning and protocol
  • Experience with Software Engineering Institute (SEI) Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) and AS9100 desired
  • Six Sigma certification or experience in other Process Improvement Methodology desired
  • Active Secret Clearance
