Northrop Grumman Innovation Systems designs, builds and delivers space, defense and aviation-related systems to customers around the world. Responsibilities

PC hardware troubleshooting and repair
OS Deployment and imaging
Basic Active Directory knowledge
Printer troubleshooting and setup
Software installation and troubleshooting Microsoft Office and Win7/10
Manage hardware inventory PCs, spare parts, locations/ownership records up-to-date
Support of iPhone technology
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Disposal of hardware and hard drives properly
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications: 


Associate degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent certifications
Two years experience supporting end user technologies
One year experience Help Desk support
Familiar with modern networking technologies
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Basic understanding of wireless networks
Familiar with remote support tools such as RDP/PSEXEC/MMC
