Are you ready to put your years of experience to work at Northrop Grumman if so our Regional Cyber Center Europe (RCC-E) program is seeking an It Asset Management Analyst to join their diverse team in Wiesbaden, Germany.

The IT Asset Management Analyst will have the opportunity working with government IT procurement systems (GCSS-Army) to manage enterprise wide assets.  They will be responsible for evaluation, recommendation, and implementation of asset management systems for all IT technical assets under the Regional Cyber Center Europe (RCC-E).  

 

Your duties will include:

  • Manages the administration of IT inventory, asset management, and technical service contracts.
  • Maintains and manages software license information and updates.
  • Works with manager and COR in the development of enterprise wide IT purchasing standards and procedures using GCSS-Army.
  • Creates and manages enterprise wide asset management systems and serves as liaison to the COR as it relates to the functions of the position.
  • Ensures government and legal guidelines are followed for managing IT hardware and software assets.
  • Responsible for the evaluation, recommendation, and implementation of asset management systems for all IT technical assets.
  • Provides support to the COR by providing asset information and managing the physical inventory control.
  • Defines requirements for asset acquisition and procedures to include management and disposal strategies for the enterprise.
  • Responsible for asset budget preparation, coordinates with IT Procurement on receipt of purchase orders, invoice processing and reconciles changes in inventory.
  • Experience required includes extensive asset and financial management.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

1. Bachelor of Science/Arts degree in Engineering or Computer Science or Science or Business Administration or Mathematics and three (3) years experience; OR Associate of Science/Arts degree plus seven (7) year experience; OR eleven (11) years experience with a High School diploma or equivalent.

2.  A minimum of one (1) year experience working with GCSS-Army (F/T)

3.   All of the following:

     a.    CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Windows certification

     b.    DoD 8570 IAT II (CCNA Security, Security+ CE, SSCP, GSEC)

     c.     Certificate of Completion for GCSS-Army Web Based Training

4.    A current Secret Clearance.

5.    U.S. Citizenship.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Five or more years experience working with GCSS-Army (F/T)
