Northrop Grumman Technology Services is seeking several Executive Officers (EXOs) to support a clients operational requirements in a challenging, dynamic setting located in the Washington Metropolitan Area.  


The successful candidate will have
experience in specialty areas including calendar management and de-confliction, email and phone management, records management and filing, meeting and conference planning, inventory maintenance, travel booking, program expenditure tracking, and senior level executive support. Candidates must have proven mastery of the Microsoft Office suite, as well first-rate office management skills, customer service, and cables experience.


These positions will be located in the Chantilly and McLean, Virginia area and are contingent on contract award. An active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance is required Successful candidates must meet the following qualifications:

Qualifications

Required Basic Qualifications:
  • Must have a Bachelors degree and relevant experience within the sponsor's organization or other relevant organization(s) in the Intelligence Community
  • Excellent writing and communications skills
  • Experienced in office management to include familiarity with, and ability to write, client memos and briefing packages
  • Experienced managing staffing plan and associated budget for client office
  • Ability to prioritize and plan work activities using realistic action plans
  • Experience directly supporting senior client leadership and other assigned management positions, including calendar management and scheduling of appointments and proficiency in the use of computer applications and MS Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal skills enabling effective communications
  • Demonstrated experience writing IC-related documents
  • Knowledge and experience in research techniques and the analysis of data and research results
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Current and working knowledge of the Intelligence Community
  • Thorough working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Must have an Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
 
Desired Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of technology  / office equipment and willingness to learn new information systems and software
  • Experienced with expense tracking; billing / invoicing; tracking client requirements and requisitions; purchase orders; tracking budget & cost on client operations
  • Ability to devise and implement improved office procedures as needed, while delivering outstanding customer service
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously, at times working under pressure with competing priorities
  • Should have at least 9 years of experience with Bachelor of Science (7 Years with Masters, 4 Years with PhD or 5 additional years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree.
