 Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems has an opening for an Engineering Assurance/Quality Assurance 3 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Melbourne, FL.


This position includes serving as the key coordinator for the program Preventive/Corrective Action Board (PCAB).  Position requires good coordination skills, interaction with other Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), record keeping and ability to track actions and follow up with other organizations.  Expertise with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, is a must.  Understanding the Root Cause/Corrective Action (RCCA) process is strongly preferred.


Role will evolve to include operations role for the Quality/Mission Assurance team.  This includes ensure that the team performs and executes in a timely manner.  Strong scheduling and organizational skills are highly desired. 





Basic Qualifications:  
  • Bachelor Degree with 6 years of experience in Quality Assurance or related field OR a Masters Degree with 4 years of experience in Quality Assurance or related field 
  • 3 year of experience working with Microsoft Power point and creating presentations.
  • Have and Active DoD secret security clearance that has been investigated within the last 6 years, In-Scope.



Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience with Root Cause/Corrective Action
  • Strong Scheduling Organizational Skills
