Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems has an opening for an Engineering Assurance/Quality Analyst 4 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Melbourne, FL.

This position will be focused on quality-related tools and metrics.  Candidates will need a strong background in Tableau, including how to manipulate data and visuals using the tool.  Understanding corrective action tools, e.g. CPATS/CAFE-X and root cause/corrective action, is strongly preferred. 

This position includes an operational component, which includes keeping the team organized and functioning on schedule.  Having some background in cost account management and resource planning is strongly preferred.  In addition, candidates with background in investigation and root cause/corrective action is desired.




Basic Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor Degree with 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance or related field OR a Masters Degree with 8 years of experience in Quality Assurance or related field  
  • One year experience working with Tableau with ability to manipulate and data using the tool
  • Have an Active DOD Secret security clearance that has been investigated within the last 6 years, In-Scope

Preferred Qualifications: 


  • Experience with corrective action tools, e.g. CPATS/CAFE-X, and root cause/corrective action process
  • Experience with cost account management
  • Experience with resource planning
