Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems has an opening for a Project Management Leadership Integration - Level 2 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Melbourne, Florida. 
**This position has no direct reports and is not a manager and/or leadership position.**
Responsibilities for this position include (but are not limited to):
  • Programmatic operation and integration directly supporting the program office in day-to-day execution
  • Preparation of status reports and presentations for PMRs, Quarterly Reviews and other NGC internal and Customer meetings;
  • Development, implementation, and maintenance of tools/templates for monitoring project progress.
This is a high visibility role that integrates vertically and horizontally across the IPTs to ensure successful program execution. This individual should possess leadership and team building capabilities and have strong interpersonal skills. Must possess solid organization abilities and be a motivated, flexible team player. Some travel may be required.


Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree from an accredited university and 3 years of project management experience OR 1 year  of project management experience with a Master's degree from an accredited university
  • Must have an Active, In-Scope, DOD Secret Security Clearance or higher that has been granted / renewed within last 6 years
  • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain special program access
  • Must have documented experience with Microsoft Office tool suite and the ability to create, manage, and manipulate PowerPoint, Word, Excel
  • Must have experience interfacing with all levels of employees and Leadership
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of Project Management principles and experience utilizing them professionally
  • Current PAR access - Required SAP access
  • Experience with interfacing with all levels of employees and Leadership
  • PMP Certification
  • SharePoint experience
