Northrop Grumman Aerospace Sector is seeking a Security Coordinator 4, for Melbourne, Fl.


The perfect candidate for this role, will have the following duties and responsibilities:


Processes of producing employee and guest badges, identification cards, and security reader cards

Processes security information and data for employment records, security clearances, and property control

Collects and submits electronic fingerprints, handprints, and optical reading into systems

Maintains lock and key records

Processes visit authorizations for employees and guests to gain access to restricted areas

Verifies accuracy of information prior to issuing clearances

Maintains controlled security documents and information


Basic Qualifications: 

         High School Diploma/GED

         Candidate must have and be able to maintain an active U.S. Government security clearance at the Top Secret level with a background investigation date within 6 years, OR must be able to maintain an active U.S. Government SCI access with a current Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI)

         Minimum of 6 years of Security/Administrative experience 

         Minimum of 2 years working in a Special Access Program (SAP) environment

Preferred Qualifications: 

         Security Fundamentals Professionals Certification (SFPC)

         Special Program Security Certification (SPSC)

         Ability to communicate with all levels of employees and government customers

         Must have the ability to troubleshoot issues and work independently.
