We are looking for an Associate Manufacturing Analyst to join our team!
 
This position supports production, business, and other processes in a team-based manufacturing environment. Performs activities in a variety of cross-functional areas including production planning and control, total quality management, systems, manufacturing, equipment and facilities engineering, material management, and process reengineering. The incumbent may facilitate self-directed work teams, provide training in core skill areas to teams and peers, and interact with internal and external customers with respect to product planning, problem resolution, and process improvement. Incumbents are generally experienced in one or more areas of manufacturing operations.
 

The selected candidate will be required to support manufacturing environment covering multiple programs, and support tooling and production requirements needed at suppliers and/or customers. The selected candidate may also assist in support of all Aerospace Systems Programs, and determine the best system to be used for data acquisition.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelors Degree with 0 years of experience OR a High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of experience in an aerospace, automotive, military, manufacturing and/or maintenance environment 

  • Active DOD Secret Clearance with an investigation date/periodic review within the last 5 years and the ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

  • Active Special Program Access

  • Previous leadership experience

  • Familiarity with EVMS (Earned Value Management System).

  • The ideal candidate must be proficient with MS Office, have experience with production planning sequencing, production tooling requirements, and analyzing and processing of materials.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including (but not limited to) industrial engineering, global supply chain, design engineering, and quality engineering.
