Northrop Grumman is seeking a Program Cost Schedule Control Analyst located in Palmdale, CA. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Preparation of Cost Performance Reports, Development of monthly independent EAC and Variance Analysis (Including Root Cause/Corrective Action Analysis)
  • Financial Reporting, Support of Program Budget strategies and controlling changes to the PMB, Program Financial Forecasting
  • Process Controls, Coordinating with other program analysts, Interface with Program Managers, Support DCAA/DCMA audit

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience in Business Management, Cost, Finance, Economics, or related field, or a Master's degree with 1 year of stated experience

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain DoD Secret Clearance
  • Experience with Earned Value Management System, EVMS (ANSI/EIA-748 32 Criteria)
  • Working-level knowledge of the following applications or software: Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, and Word), Project Management Applications, and Statistical Analysis Software Suites

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Intermediate-level knowledge of the following applications or software: Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, and Word), Project Management Applications, and Statistical Analysis Software Suites. In addition Visual Basic (VB) and SQL Programming skills are a plus
