Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems is seeking a Property/Asset Mgmt Analyst to coordinate property control activities to ensure continual accountability of government, associate contractor, or company property in accordance with applicable government regulations and/or corporate policy.

Listed below are various functions the Candidate may perform and the associated tasks for this position:
  • Conduct and coordinate physical inventories
  • Updates and maintains accountability records
  • Collaborates with other departments, examples include:
    • Works with property focal points to ensure accountability and identification of assets
    • Provides guidance on government regulations pertaining to property accountability
    • Determine condition of assets and arrange for disposal
  • Provide various Ad Hoc material and tagged asset reports
  • Preparation/execution of contract transfer documentation
  • Assist in the preparation and submittal of property financial reports
  • Assist In contractor self-assessment Audits
  • Conduct property audits at supplier sites, as necessary
  • Ensure the timely closeout/disposition of property
  • Additional assignments may be given to assist other team members, as necessary


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree 
  • 3 Years Related Property/Asset Management Experience or transferrable experience OR a Master's Degree with 1 year of experience.
  • Must Have Ability To Obtain A Security Clearance 
  • Proficient In Microsoft Office (Especially Excel And PowerPoint)


  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge DFARs
  • Some Travel May Be Required
  • NPMA Certifications (CPPS, CPPA, CPPM)
  • Ability to interpret and formulate independent judgment based on federal regulations - Federal Acquisition Regulation 52.245-1. Experience with industry leading practices, techniques and standards as they pertain to Property Management
