Description

Assist Program Director in defining the vision and leadership for all program operations across a broad spectrum of contracts and locations.  Manage cost, schedule, implementation and execution to meet program milestones and cost goals for production, operations and sustainment contracts.  Responsible for the quality and performance of all direct program activities at all CONUS and OCONUS locations.  Provide leadership in developing and implementing required program performance reporting methods, tools and processes consistent with NGC policies and procedures. Develop CONOPs consistent with customer objectives and stated requirements.  Develop strategies for successful capture of future business by maintaining customer relationships, assessing mission needs, defining requirements, understanding system mission effectiveness as defined by our operational users and developing system concepts consistent with customer concepts.  Direct the strategy, development and pursuit of NGC NCTA for roadmaps, affordability efforts, cost reduction, and demonstrations which provide technology insertion to remain consistent with our strategic focus. areas.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of programmatic leadership involving direct management over $100M in contract value, 10+ years of operational/maintenance or acquisition experience with US Government, DoD Secret clearance.  
 

Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree, DoD Top Secret clearance, 15+ years of operation and maintenance experience, 3+ years of supply/support background, 5+ years of logistic and sustainment experience
