Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems (NGAS), F/35 Program is seeking a Contract Administrator 3 to perform the full range of life cycle contract administration duties for the Redondo, CA location; primary role will be to perform contract execution tasks.


Responsible include: Administers, extends, negotiates and terminates standard and nonstandard contracts.

The Contracts Administrator may be responsible for leading proposal efforts for new procurements, which would entail RFP/RFQ Conducts proposal preparation, contract negotiation, contract administration, and customer contact activities to provide for proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications.

Examines estimates of material, equipment services, production costs, performance requirements, and delivery schedules to ensure accuracy and completeness. Prepares bids; processes specifications, progress, and other reports; advises management of contractual rights and obligations; compiles and analyzes data; and maintains historical information.




Basic Qualifications:


Bachelors degree and a minimum of 6 years of experience or 4 years with Masters - in a Contract administration, Business Management or Pricing role

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with U. S. Government procurement regulations (FAR/DFAR)
  • Must have a demonstrated ability to identify issues and problems on assigned contracts and make recommendations to management
  • MS Office knowledge( word,excel, PowerPoint )
