Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems has an opening for a Part-Time

Sr. Principal Project Management to support of Flight Science and Vehicle Control Center. This position will be located in Redondo Beach, CA.

 

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Support and report/ manage staffing for the Flight Science and Vehicle Control Center
  • Coordinate with program leads/managers on staffing needs and priority
  • Develop and status attrition reports weekly
  • Develop solutions to resolve program staffing/attrition challenges
  • Support management team to track and report on critical skill requirements and availability
  • Act as liaison between Management team and Talent Acquisition
  • Gather/ track/ and report on metrics for Flight Science and Vehicle Control Center

 

Qualifications



Basic Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution with 10 years of experiences in a supporting function; OR Master's Degree from an accredited institution with 8 years of experiences in a supporting function

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Master of Arts from an accredited institution with 15+ years of experiences
  • A proven ability to take a Vision and drive things to closure
  • Possess exceptional communication skills across all levels of the organization.
  • A proven ability to lead and influence a high performance team.
  • Experience with Taleo.
