Join Northrop Grummans Cyber and Intelligence Mission Solutions (CIMS) division leading programs within the Global Cyber Solutions business unit focused on executing and expanding cyberspace programs and capabilities for the Department of Defense (DoD). Be part of the team developing Northrop Grummans solutions to support global growth security and intelligence purposes. This position is located in San Antonio, TX.

The program manager position will be a direct report to the Air Force Cyber Platforms Department manager and will be expected to participate in decision making matters of large scope, build strong relationships with customers, engineering staff, other program managers, directors, human resources and other managers at various locations.

Responsibilities will include:
Support the Department manager and program teams to ensure success of the programs and meet growth, margin, and overhead targets.
Maintain close coordination with customers and related stakeholders to ensure our team is meeting program schedule, performance, and cost; with positive working relationships
Collaborate across programs, with management and customers, to provide solutions that satisfy schedule, cost and technical parameters for the program.
Lead teams of direct and matrixed employees including team members located in multiple locations
Create a culture emphasizing profitable growth, cost-effective innovation, continuous improvement, aggressive risk management, and effective staff development that leads to delivering solutions that enable customers to accomplish their missions.
Analyze customer contract management problems and provide solutions regarding services and program-related solutions.
Coordinate and/or resolve customer-related problems and obtain solutions, such as reallocation of resources or changing contractual specifications.
In coordination with the Engineering and Sciences (E&S) organization, ensure that requirements are managed, systems are developed, integrated, tested and deployed and service or system performance issues are appropriately managed and respond to changing customer requirements.
Establish agile management methodologies and ensure their proper execution


Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree and 10 years of directly related professional work experience or Masters degree and 8 years of directly related professional work experience
Excellent executive-level written and verbal communications skills.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to manage budgets, schedules and executive support.
Extensive experience developing and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Extensive experience with performance metrics and analysis.
* Experience managing large programs for the Department of Defense (DoD)
Management of multiple projects and priorities while meeting schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
An active DoD top secret government security clearance

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience implementing agile processes on either a DoD or IC software development or integration program
Experience in the cyberspace mission domain, preferably in offensive cyberspace, defensive cyberspace, or cyberspace C2ISR
Experience managing programs for AF, Army, or USCYBERCOM customers
Track record of leadership success with substantial DoD and/or IC programs.
An active DoD top secret government security clearance with SCI access
