Join Northrop Grummans Cyber and Intelligence Mission Solutions (CIMS) division leading a program within the Global Cyber Solutions business unit focused on executing and expanding cyber programs and capabilities for the Department of Defense (DoD). Be part of the team developing Northrop Grummans solutions to support global growth security and intelligence purposes. This position will be the Deputy Program Manager for a $25M/year program and will be located in San Antonio, TX. or Annapolis Junction, MD.
The position will be a direct report to the director of programs, and will be expected to participate in decision making matters of large scope, build strong relationships with customers, engineering staff, other program managers, directors, human resources and other managers at various locations.
Responsibilities will include:
Support the director of programs and team to ensure success of the program, and meet growth, margin, and overhead targets.
Maintain close coordination with customer and related stakeholders to ensure our team is meeting program schedule, performance, and cost; with positive working relationships
Collaborate across programs, with management and customers, to provide solutions that satisfy schedule, cost and technical parameters for the program.
Lead teams of direct and matrixed employees including team members located in multiple locations leveraging Agile Development
Create a culture emphasizing profitable growth, cost-effective innovation, continuous improvement, aggressive risk management, and effective staff development that leads to delivering solutions that enable customers to accomplish their missions.
Analyze customer contract management problems and provide solutions regarding services and program-related solutions.
Coordinate and/or resolve customer-related problems and obtain solutions, such as reallocation of resources or changing contractual specifications.
In coordination with the E&S, ensure that requirements are managed, systems are developed, integrated, tested and deployed and service or system performance issues are appropriately managed and respond to changing customer requirements.
Establish agile SAFe management methodologies and ensure their proper execution
